comanche is seeking a server to deliver quick, attentive service in a casino dining setting. You will answer guest questions, maintain menu knowledge, and ensure timely, accurate sales records in the POS.

The role requires professional appearance and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with potential smoke exposure. The position emphasizes guest satisfaction, high-quality presentation, and collaboration with kitchen and bar staff to meet guest expectations.

Formación

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume dining or nightclub settings preferred.
• In-depth wine and alcohol knowledge preferred.
• Food & beverage experience preferred.
• Must acquire and maintain valid certifications: Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Awareness.

SCOPE OF POSITION:The Server provides ultimate hospitality for guests in a casino environment.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The following are major duties and are not intended to be all-inclusive or restrictive.• Answers menu questions posed by guests.• Maintains knowledge of the dining menu and any special items being offered.• Observe guests, anticipate needs, and complete all steps of service as assigned.• Provides quick, attentive, friendly, and professional service to casino guests while communicating clearly and concisely.• Accurately records all sales in the POS.• Ensures food items are picked up and served immediately upon availability from the kitchen, bar, or other, as ordered by the guest.• Ensures the quality and presentation meet or exceed the expectations of the guest.• Performs proper table maintenance and bus tables when necessary during peak periods.• When necessary, acts as a beverage server.• Stocks beverage station (s) (ice, juices, glassware, sugar packets, etc.) based on the anticipated need of guests or venue. Completes all other cleaning and sanitation duties as assigned by management.• Ensures and collects appropriate guest payment for food and beverage service.• Maintains a professional and tidy appearance at all times.• Communicates in a positive, respectful manner to both internal and external guests.• Builds and maintains knowledge of food and beverage offerings to ensure all questions are answered appropriately and accurately.• Maintains excellent attendance; available to work events and varied schedules per business need.• The Server will obtain their bank for their shift from the casino Main Bank.• Performs other duties as assigned.PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:The Server must present with a professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment. Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time and be able to lift, pull or push up to 50 lbs. Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud during all hours. The environment is also smoke-filled.
