Interlachen Country Club is seeking servers for our Bobby Jones Pub & Grill, offering fine dining and a welcoming member experience. We value teamwork, hospitality, and passion for creating memorable moments for our members.

We look for 1-3 years in restaurant serving, strong wine knowledge, and 18+ to be eligible. This part-time role includes evenings, weekends, and holidays with shifts 4-8 hours.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a restaurant/serving position; club experience is a plus.
• Strong wine knowledge with ability to pair and explain wine selections.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Interlachen Country Club is seeking servers for our restaurant, the Bobby Jones Pub & Grill. Our team provides exceptional fine dining service and a welcoming environment for our members. Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Enhance our member experience by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and striving to be the best part of each member's day.
• Share menu highlights, and details, and make personalized recommendations.
• Handle challenges gracefully, finding the path to yes.
• Stay informed on the menu and wine list and be able to explain dishes and recommend wine pairings to our members.
• Uphold brand standards by contributing to daily tasks and cleaning to ensure readiness for service.
• Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture.

Ideal Qualifications and Attributes:

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1-3 years of experience in a restaurant and serving position. Club experience is a plus
• Strong wine knowledge, including pairings and proper wine service
• Deep knowledge of Wine, Liquor, Beer, Food & Proper Service
• Experience with restaurant POS system is a plus
• Must be 18 years or older

Physical Requirements

Availability

• This is a part-time position. Open availability is strongly preferred, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shifts range from 4-8 hours.
• Sundays are required.
