Interlachen Country Club is seeking servers for our Bobby Jones Pub & Grill, offering fine dining and a welcoming member experience. We value teamwork, hospitality, and passion for creating memorable moments for our members.

We look for 1-3 years in restaurant serving, strong wine knowledge, and 18+ to be eligible. This part-time role includes evenings, weekends, and holidays with shifts 4-8 hours.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a restaurant/serving position; club experience is a plus.
• Strong wine knowledge with ability to pair and explain wine selections.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Enhance member experience by anticipating needs and personalizing interactions.
• Share menu highlights and make personalized recommendations.
• Explain dishes and wine pairings to members.
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to daily tasks and cleaning.
