Cinemark USA, Inc. in Arkansas is seeking a Server – Beer and Wine to guide Guests through menu selections and beverage orders, ensuring a quick, accurate, and friendly service during movie experiences.

You will greet guests, know the bar and menu items, and process orders at the register with proper cash handling. Flexibility is required for evenings, weekends, and holidays; you may cross-train as a Restaurant Worker or Usher.

Qualifications

• Proof of age: those serving alcohol must be 18 and in some states 21.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.

• Ensures alcohol is consumed in designated areas only.
• Collaborates with kitchen to ensure accurate orders.
• Maintains clean and sanitized high-contact areas.
• Cross-trains as Restaurant Worker, Concessionist, Box Office Cashier, or Usher as needed.

This includes greeting Guests through engaging interaction, making specific menu suggestions, having strong menu knowledge, and delivering quick and timely counter service. The Server – Beer and Wine role is a vital link between our Guests and the kitchen staff.The Server - Beer and Wine may be asked to cross-train and work as a Restaurant Worker, Concessionist, Box Office Cashier, or Usher, as staffing needs require.Responsibilities:The essential duties and responsibility of a Server – Beer and Wine include, but are not limited to, the following:Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional mannerPossess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the Guest experienceAccurately records food and beverage orders from Guests in a timely mannerResponsible for all transactions done on assigned register (proper cash balance in register, distributing correct tickets or inventory associated with each sale, properly logging off when away from register, reporting any concerns to a manager including unauthorized use of assigned register, etc.)Verifies identification to confirm Guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactionsEnsures that alcohol is consumed in designated areas onlyConsistently use suggestive selling techniquesCollaborate with kitchen team to ensure that food orders are accurateConsistently wipes down and sanitizes Employee and Guest high-contact areasProperly utilizes Personal Protective Equipment while completing position specific tasksAdapts to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasksMonitors safety and security issues (trip hazards, lighting, suspicious persons, etc.) and reports to managementPerforms other work-related duties as assignedRequirements:Proof of age (Associates who will be serving, pouring, or mixing alcoholic beverages will need to be 18 and in some states 21)Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where requiredTeam Members who work with alcohol are required to complete a Safe Alcohol Service training programAvailability to work flexible hours which include evenings, weekends, and holidaysRequires regular and consistent attendanceHas an energetic and friendly attitude during each shiftProvides excellent Guest serviceAccurate cash handling and basic math skillsInterpersonal skills include the ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all ages, genders, and personalities.
