Job summary

Beach Berg Inc. is seeking a Server/Bartender to join our team. You will take customer orders, recommend drinks, keep the bar area clean and inviting, and craft traditional and creative cocktails.

The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-service oriented, and passionate about mixology. Availability Mon-Sun 11am-11pm, with weekend/evening shifts required. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving at bar and dining area, and knowledge of craft beer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is preferred.
• Mixology or hospitality certification is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items desired.
• Level 1 Cicerone certification encouraged.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take drink and food orders.
• Serve customers at the bar and restaurant.
• Talk about craft beer with guests.
• Ensure patrons are of legal drinking age and comply with laws.
• Handle payments and operate the cash register.
• Familiarity with BarTrack is a plus.
• Order, maintain, and restock bar supplies and ingredients.
• Open/close bar duties including cleaning.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Server/Bartender to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, making drink recommendations, keeping the bar area clean and inviting, and creating a variety of traditional and creative cocktails. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-service oriented, and is passionate about mixology. We'll be looking for server/bartenders with Mon-Sun 11am-11pm availability. Weekend and evening availability is a must.

Responsibilities

• Take drink and food orders
• Serve customers both at the bar and in the main restaurant
• Know and be able to talk about craft beer.
• Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages
• Collect payment and operate cash register
• Familiarity with BarTrack (not necessary, but it's a plus)
• Order, maintain, and restock inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
• Perform duties associated with opening and closing the bar, including cleaning and mopping

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is preferred
• Mixology or hospitality certification is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items
• Level 1 Cicerone certification (Certified Beer Server) encouraged
• Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
