Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant and bartending preferred but not required.
• Must meet PA legal age requirements to serve alcohol (18+).
• RAMP or equivalent responsible alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Engage with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked bar and dining area.
• Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and handle payments using a POS system.
• Monitor alcohol service and adhere to responsible serving guidelines.
• Assist with setup and cleanup during shifts.
