Chrome Hearts LLC is seeking a Server/Bartender to provide attentive, personalized service in its luxury boutique hotel restaurant and bar. You will welcome guests, take orders, mix cocktails, and ensure a polished, guest-focused experience across busy service periods.

The role requires knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and F&B service, with strong communication and multitasking abilities. Flexible evening/weekend/holiday availability is expected to support the 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Previous serving and bartending experience in upscale settings required.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask while maintaining service quality.
• Familiarity with POS systems and payment processing.
• Alcohol service certification and food handler certification per local regs.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Server / Bartender delivers attentive, personalized food and beverage service to hotel guests, ensuring a welcoming and elevated dining experience. This role is responsible for taking orders, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining service standards, and creating a professional atmosphere that reflects the hotel’s luxury boutique environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• - Welcome guests, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverages.
• - Take orders and serve food and drinks accurately and efficiently.
• - Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• - Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area.
• - Process guest payments and handle transactions accurately.
• - Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns professionally.
• - Follow responsible alcohol service practices and all applicable food safety and sanitation regulations.
• - Coordinate with kitchen and hotel staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• - Maintain open communication with the Hotel Manager regarding issues, priorities, and opportunities for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• - Previous serving and/or bartending experience, preferably in an upscale restaurant or hospitality environment.
• - Knowledge of food and beverage service, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.

REPORTS TO

This position is a direct report to the department supervisor or on-site Hotel Manager.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work takes place in a boutique hotel restaurant and bar, with frequent guest interaction and collaboration with kitchen and hotel staff. The role requires maintaining a polished, guest-focused approach during busy service periods and working flexible shifts as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position requires prolonged standing and walking, frequent reaching and bending, and repetitive handling of glassware, bottles, and service items. The ability to lift and carry beverage supplies, trays, and other moderately weighted items may be required.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

The hotel operates 24/7, so scheduling will be based on shifts to accommodate occupancy needs, which may vary by season.
