Job summary

FRSH by Aroma360 in Miami is seeking a friendly Server/Barista to greet guests, take orders, and craft poke bowls and signature matcha beverages.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, explain the menu, and take accurate food and beverage orders.

• Prepare hot and iced matcha lattes using proper measuring, whisking, and water-temperature techniques.
• Prepare coffee and accommodate guests' milk preferences.
• Follow beverage recipes to maintain consistent flavor, texture, and presentation.
• Process payments accurately through the POS system.
• Keep tables, service areas, and beverage stations clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow food safety standards and communicate allergy requests clearly with the kitchen.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
