Loews Philadelphia Hotel is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a landmark setting. You will greet guests, take orders, provide menu guidance, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or hospitality experience is required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations.
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
• Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service.
• Address guest concerns professionally and elevate when needed.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
• Attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned
