Server Attendant

Your Journey

1. Assist the server team’s needs: stock, clean, and handle the flow of your section.
2. Set and reset tables before, during, and after service with clean, polished silverware, glassware, share plates, and napkins as necessary.
3. Pre-bussing and bussing tables during service; assist servers with service steps where needed.
4. Clean spills and broken glassware/dishes immediately, using floor signs when necessary.
5. Clean all equipment, tools, and supplies; maintain equipment in good working order following all procedures and safety standards.
6. Refill water glasses, coffee cups, and other beverages as needed throughout the meal service.
7. Deliver on guests’ expectations and create WOW moments.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods during your shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods.
• Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi-regular basis.

The pay scale for the Server Attendant position is $12.00 per hour, excluding incentive pay such as tips or gratuities.
