Your Journey

1. Assist the server team’s needs: stock, clean, and manage your section’s flow.
2. Set and reset tables before, during, and after service with clean, polished silverware, glassware, share plates, and napkins.
3. Pre-buss and bus tables during service; assist servers with service steps as needed.
4. Clean spills and broken glassware/dishes immediately, using floor signs when necessary.
5. Maintain all equipment, tools, and supplies in good condition, following all safety and cleaning standards.
6. Refill water glasses, coffee cups, and other beverages throughout the meal service.
7. Deliver exceptional guest experiences and create WOW moments.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.

Must Haves

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 200 pounds regularly.

The pay scale for the Server Attendant position is $12.00 per hour, excluding incentive pay such as tips or commissions.
