Job summary

A. Marshall Hospitality's Puckett's Grocery & Restaurant in Pigeon Forge, TN is hiring servers to join our family as we transition to full service dining by August. You will deliver friendly, responsive service and help our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Candidates should be 18+, have reliable transportation, and be ready to work varied hours, including weekends. Previous restaurant experience and ABC serving permit within 60 days are preferred.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Previous restaurant experience highly preferred.
• Must pass the federally mandated E-Verify process.
• Must have an Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) serving permit within 60 days of hire.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel and guests.
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Able to conduct yourself in a positive and professional manner under all circumstances, including in a high paced environment.

Puckett's Grocery & Restaurant in Pigeon Forge, TN is hiring SERVERS to join our family! Puckett's Pigeon Forge will soon be 100% FULL SERVICE! As we transition to being a completely full service restaurant, you may still serve in our fast casual dining areas while training and/or we are fully transitioned. We anticipate being fully switched over to full service dining no later than early August.

Puckett's Grocery & Restaurant is a part of the A. Marshall Hospitality family of restaurants, which also includes 7 other Puckett's Grocery & Restaurant locations, Scout's Pub, and Deacon's New South. POSITION INFORMATION

• Location: 2480 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, TN
• Hours: Vary - open availability and weekends needed

JOB SUMMARY
The Server's responsibility is to provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Each server's primary objective is to show our guests such a fantastic time that they will want to return.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Previous restaurant experience highly preferred.

• Must have a pleasant, polite manner and a neat and clean appearance.
• Multi-tasking and problem-solving: Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.
• Able to conduct yourself in a positive and professional manner under all circumstances, including in a high paced environment.
