Phoenix & Folly is a new locally owned restaurant and bar built around elevated comfort food, serious cocktails, and a little mischief.

We're creating the kind of neighborhood place that works for dinner, drinks, date night, or an evening that lasts a little longer than planned. Our menu features artisan pizza, smash burgers, sandwiches, shareables, dinner plates, and rotating specials alongside a serious craft cocktail program, wine, beer, and zero-proof drinks.

The atmosphere is polished but never stuffy: warm, slightly eccentric, and centered around genuine hospitality. We take the food and drinks seriously without taking ourselves too seriously.

Server

We're looking for servers who understand that great service isn't just taking orders. It's reading the table, knowing the menu, making great recommendations, noticing what guests need before they have to ask, and giving people a reason to come back.

We want personality at our tables. You don't need to deliver a rehearsed script or pretend to be someone you're not. You do need to care about hospitality, know what we're serving, and be able to take great care of people when the restaurant gets busy.

What you'll do:

Is interested in food, cocktails, wine, and learning more about them

Can read a table and adjust their style to different guests

Can handle multiple tables without making guests feel rushed or forgotten

Communicates well and works as part of a team

Is dependable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Understands that side work is, unfortunately, still real
