Job summary

Freedom Plaza Sun City Center is seeking a friendly Dining Room Server to support our premier retirement community in Sun City Center, FL. This part-time role runs 4:00 PM–7:00 PM on weekends and holidays, with duties including table setup, guest service, and maintaining dining room standards in a warm, upscale setting.

Applicants should bring an engaging demeanor; prior food service and senior-care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Engaging and approachable demeanor required.
• Experience in food service work preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order; take orders and provide service.
• Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards.

Responsibilities of a Dining Room Server: Some Utility Aide services will be required.

• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Assist residents with food orders.
• Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.

Some Utility Aide services will be required.
