Job summary

Seaton Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Server to join our dining services team in a senior living community. You will take orders, serve meals, and ensure residents and guests enjoy a satisfying dining experience with courteous, attentive service.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with seniors, balance teamwork with independent tasks, and can adapt to flexible hours to meet daily service needs. This position includes full-time and part-time opportunities on-site.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with seniors.
• Ability to interact with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Ability to respond promptly to resident needs.
• Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals.
• Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items.
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining hospitality and service standards.
