Job summary

Seaton Senior Living in the Mid Atlantic region is seeking a server to join a team dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences for residents. You will take orders, serve meals, and ensure guest satisfaction in a friendly, efficient manner.

The position involves maintaining dining areas, following cleaning schedules, and adhering to safety procedures while delivering compassionate service to seniors.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with seniors.
• Ability to interact with residents, guests and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Ability to respond promptly to resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Take meal and drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals.
• Maintain knowledge of specials and description of all food items.
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Set up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining hospitality and service standards.
