Job Summary

The Server Assistant is responsible for providing professional, customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging services in all dining outlets.
2. Strong familiarity with all food and beverage offerings, staying up to date on all menu changes and seasonal offerings.
3. Always be attentive to guest preferences, allergies, and food restrictions, providing appropriate food and beverage suggestions.
4. Make suggestions to guests that are appropriate to and may enhance their experience.
5. Always remain guest-focused and promote exceptional guest experiences.
6. Organize table settings, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness across outlets.
7. Support restaurant team with daily operations as required.
8. Ensure workstations are organized and stocked.
9. Always follow strict hygiene procedures along with the Food & Beverage regulations.
10. Responsible for the handling of all equipment and supplies.
11. Constructively cooperate with other serving specialists and the kitchen department to ensure quality service.
12. Follow directions from F&B Management to ensure exceptional guest service.
13. Promote a team-oriented environment by demonstrating strong communication and assistance with all F&B colleagues.
14. Perform any side-work or any other duties as assigned by management.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

1. Minimum of 1-year experience in a service role, preferably in a 5-star resort environment.
2. Experience with Micros is preferred.
3. Excellent communication and emotional intelligence skills.
4. Excellent ability to work in a supportive team environment.
5. Food Handler's certification.
