The Diplomat Beach Resort is seeking a Server Assistant for the newly renovated Hotel Bar. This space offers a serene ambiance for connecting and enjoying local beverages, with over 1,000 guest rooms and a long stretch of beach.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience as a Host, Busperson, or Server Assistant in a high-volume environment and is comfortable working indoors and outdoors.

Shift Pattern: Full availability required, including holidays and weekends. The bar operates from 11 am to midnight daily.

Pay Rate: $17.65 per hour

Responsibilities

• Set and prepare tables, including folding napkins, cleaning, and setting tableware.
• Ensure tableware is in good condition and report damages.
• Stock and maintain food stations.
• Assist servers with table service, including serving beverages and breads.
• Clear and transport dirty tableware to the dish area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
