The Diplomat Beach Resort is seeking a Server Assistant for the newly renovated Hotel Bar, a space designed for connection and relaxation with stunning views and a relaxed ambiance. The hotel features over 1,000 guest rooms and extensive beachfront.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience as a Host, Busperson, or Server Assistant in a high-volume environment and is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.

Shift Pattern: Full availability required, including holidays and weekends. The bar operates from 11am to Midnight daily.

Pay Rate: $17.65 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Server Assistant, your responsibilities include setting and clearing tables, stocking service stations, assisting servers, and ensuring excellent guest service and operational efficiency. Specific duties:

• Prepare tables for dining, including setting and cleaning
• Maintain and report on the condition of tableware and service stations
• Assist servers with beverage and bread service
• Clear and transport dirty dishes
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
