Position Overview

Deliver food to guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner. Act as a liaison between front of house and back of house staff to ensure smooth food delivery.

Essential Job Functions

1. Coordinate food orders to guarantee timely and efficient delivery to guests.
2. Maintain knowledge of all ingredients and details of menu dishes.
3. Communicate clearly with kitchen and front of house staff.
4. Refill water and check on guests periodically to handle issues promptly.
5. Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation.
6. Clean and reset tables.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in food/beverage service environment.

Skills and Abilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, understand safety and sanitation procedures, manual dexterity to handle food and trays, ability to lift 20-40 lbs, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively in English.
