Job summary

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Birmingham seeks a Server Assistant to support the kitchen and dining room, assembling prepared food and condiments and ensuring orders meet guest expectations.

Team members assist servers, track food times, stock tables, buss tables, and offer drink recommendations, refills, wine decanting, and table-side service to create an elevated guest experience. Minimum 1 year restaurant experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of restaurant experience as a server or busser.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen and dining room staff, assemble prepared food and condiments.
• Check orders for accuracy and review with guests to meet expectations.
• Track food times, stock tables, bussing, and provide drink recommendations and refills.
