Hyatt The Seabird Ocean Resort and Spa in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Server Assistant for the Shore Room, a refined coastal lounge with views of the Pacific.

You will assist servers with guest selections and present food and beverage options. This part‑time role requires weekend availability and the ability to stand for long periods; prior F&B experience is preferred; pay is $17.50/hour.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced setting.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Lift, push, and pull up to ~25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule incl. weekends/holidays.
• 1+ year experience in F&B.
• Must be available weekends.

Summary

Join The Shore Room to be part of North County’s first oceanfront bar. It’s refined coastal lounge atmosphere has breathtaking views of San Diego’s North Shore. The ideal spot where guests can enjoy crafted cocktails and a bite as the sun sets over the Pacific.

Server Assistants are responsible for assisting the server with guest selections and presenting food and beverage preferences.

This list is not all-encompassing and that daily work tasks may and can be altered to meet business needs.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.50/hr. This is a part time role.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about25 pounds)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• 1+ year experience in F&B
