Job summary

Hyatt Regency La Jolla is hiring a Server Assistant to support Food Servers and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role requires strong communication and the ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight, with open availability including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays.

You may assist in other F&B outlets as needed, maintain a clean work environment, and help replace propane tanks for patio heaters.

About the Role – Server Assistant

The Server Assistant supports Food Servers in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight. Candidate should be able and willing to support in other F&B outlets, including Drift and Market as needed. Open and flexible availability including early mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays are required. If you have experience as a server assistant in a restaurant, we'd love to hear from you!

Wage Information:

The hourly rate for this position is $22.00/hr. This is the pay rate for this position that Hyatt Regency La Jolla reasonably expects to pay.
