Job Description: Server Assistant at The Shelter Club

Enjoy casual fare, craft beer, and cocktails at our sophisticated pool bar and restaurant, The Shelter Club. Located behind the outdoor third-floor pool, guests can order burgers, fresh fries, and cocktails without leaving their pool chairs. Guests can also take a dip in the sparkling pool and enjoy ocean views from the expansive deck while unwinding and dining with a refreshing beverage.

Position Overview:

Server Assistants support servers by assisting with guest selections and presenting food and beverage preferences. This is a seasonal position with an hourly rate of $17.35.

Qualifications:

• Strong desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift, pull, and push approximately 25 pounds
• Punctuality and reliability
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements, pushing, pulling, and grasping frequently; squeezing, overhead reaching, and fine manipulation occasionally
• At least 1 year of experience in Food & Beverage
• Ability to take direction
• Availability on weekends is required
