We are currently seeking a dedicated Server Assistant to join our family and help us maintain our high standards of service.

Position Overview:

As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service throughout their dining experience. You will work closely with our servers to provide assistance in various tasks, including setting up tables, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support servers in delivering exceptional service to guests by assisting with food and beverage delivery, clearing tables, and providing additional support as needed.
• Set up tables for service, including arranging utensils, plates, and glassware to create an inviting atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including cleaning tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Assist with restocking supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and silverware.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50lbs as required.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma of GED.
• Valid Food Handler Certification.
• Restaurant industry experience.
