Job summary

Hai Hospitality and LORO, Asian Smokehouse + Bar, are seeking a Server Assistant / Server to support the front of house. You’ll be the backbone of service, keeping dining areas tidy, assisting with food running, and resetting tables.

There is potential for advancement to bartender roles with increased responsibilities and wages. You’ll gain exposure to beer, wine, and cocktails through peer-led training while staying on the floor and helping with side work, food delivery, and curbside orders.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to identify safety issues and follow guidelines.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Experience assisting service staff and running food.
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Know the menu, specials, and cuisine details to assist guests.
• Learn about beer, wine, and cocktails through beverage training.
• Be active on the floor, assist with side work.
• Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, stock supplies.
• Assist bartenders with service to enhance guest experience.
• Deliver food and explain each dish to guests.
• Receive and process curbside orders for guests waiting outside.
