Job summary

MINERO on Johns Island in Charleston, SC, seeks a Server Assistant to support the front-of-house team and help create a seamless, guest-focused dining experience.

In this role you will clear, reset, and maintain clean tables, assist in delivering orders, keep service areas stocked, and work with hospitality at the center of every interaction. Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required; we value energy, reliability, and teamwork.

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for a Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team and help create a seamless, elevated guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support Servers by clearing, resetting, and maintaining clean, organized tables
• Assist in delivering food and beverage orders with professionalism and care
• Keep service areas stocked, clean, and guest-ready
• Anticipate guest needs and provide warm, genuine hospitality at every turn
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
