The Server Assistant supports the rooftop service team by ensuring smooth table flow, polished guest experiences, and a clean, organized environment. This role keeps the floor moving, the vibes high, and the team supported during busy rooftop service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support servers by running food, clearing tables, resetting sections, andmaintainingoverall cleanliness.
• Deliver dishes and beverages with accuracy, warmth, and attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest needs by monitoring table progress andassistingwith water service, condiments, andadditionalrequests.
• Maintain rooftop ambiance by keeping service stations stocked, tidy, and ready for peak periods.

Qualifications
