What You’ll Do

Be the Backbone of Service – Assist Servers during setup, service, and clean-up to ensure everything flows smoothly.
Serve & Support – Pour water, remove soiled dishes and linen, and reset tables with precision and care.
Keep It Spotless – Clean chairs, tables, dining room areas, and manage trash and linen collection like a pro.
Stay Stocked – Refill ice bins, polish silverware and glassware, and restock server stations.
Family-Ready – Clean and store highchairs and booster seats with care.
Stay Alert – Be ready to clean up spills and help wherever needed with minimal disruption to diners.
Finishing Touches – Roll silverware, fold napkins, and prep bread baskets to keep everything on point.

Qualifications

What Makes You a Great Fit

1+ Year Experience in a Fine Dining Environment (Preferred)
A Strong Work Ethic – You’re hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented
Team Spirit – You thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment
Food Safety Certified – Or willing to become certified
Willing to Learn – Enthusiasm and a good attitude go a long way!

Other Awesome Duties

Help take packaged to-go orders to the host stand
Assist in delivering food & beverages (bonus if you know seat positions!)
Support banquet staff during special events
Help with end-of-shift cleaning duties
Attend staff meetings and be in the loop!

Safety & Sanitation

Follow food safety, sanitation, and service ware standards
Comfortable moving up and down stairs regularly
Physically ready to lift, twist, stretch, and be on your feet for long periods
