Hop House at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, MN is hiring a Server Assistant. No experience required; you’ll learn the ins and outs of serving at a premier casino resort with weekly pay and free uniforms.

As a Server Assistant, you’ll remove soiled dishes, reset tables, restock service areas, and assist servers to enhance every guest experience. This role offers career advancement opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

• Keeps floors clean of debris and cleans any spills immediately.
• Assists in completing side work including cleaning, rolling silverware, restocking supplies.
• Responsible for water and beverage service.
• Other duties may include duties such as bussing tables, washing dishes, seating guests.

Job Overview: Removes soiled dishes; cleans, sanitizes, and re-sets restaurant tables. Restocks service areas. Assists servers throughout all guest experience. Thorough knowledge of menu; describes ingredients of menu items to guests. Keeps floors clean of debris and cleans any spills immediately. Occasional Tasks
