Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Server Assistants to join our dynamic team in Bastrop, Texas. You will support servers, help maintain a welcoming dining area, and ensure guests have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with delivering food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely orders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently.
• Clear and reset tables in a timely manner to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including refilling water glasses and bread baskets.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events and functions.
