Job summary

Hai Hospitality is seeking a Server Assistant / Server to support service for our Uchi family of concepts. You will learn the menu and specials, assist servers, and help provide memorable guest experiences. The role includes bussing, table resets, and ensuring a clean, efficient dining floor.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure restaurant environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Wamiliarity with floor service and side work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquaint yourself with the menu, specials, and cuisine.
• Learn beverage basics through peer-led training.
• Be present on the floor and assist with running side work.
• Bus, reset tables, stock supplies, and maintain a clean area.
• Assist servers to enhance the guest experience and deliver food.
• Receive and deliver curbside orders to guests waiting outside.
