Overview

Kiawah Island Club is seeking a Server Assistant to be an ambassador for our mission: TO BE THE FINEST PRIVATE CLUB IN THE WORLD. The role involves welcoming guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace, and supporting service during Lunch, Brunch, and Dinner periods.

Responsibilities

1. Arrive on time, in uniform, ready to provide excellent hospitality.
2. Understand proper table numbers, seat positions, and service flow.
3. Coordinate with management to show guests to their tables accurately.
4. Develop knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails.
5. Keep menu and beverage knowledge current.
6. Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
7. Enjoy providing hospitality and pride in teamwork.
