• Reports to work on time as indicated on the work schedule. Uniform meets restaurant requirements and is maintained and cleaned.
• Exemplifies hospitality standards. Answers guest questions about the restaurant and handles requests with guest satisfaction as priority.
• Cooperates with management and co-workers to assist others with duties; communicates suggestions for improvement positively.
• Follows safety, health, and sanitation guidelines; reports unsafe conditions and uses materials properly.
• Knows emergency procedures in the restaurant and maintains knowledge of standards in handbook.
