Job Summary

City Cellars HTX is seeking energetic, reliable, and guest-focused Server Assistants to support our service team and ensure our guests receive a seamless, elevated experience. This is a physically active role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a key part of a tight-knit team. You’ll play a crucial part in keeping service flowing smoothly by delivering food, resetting tables, and supporting both the kitchen and FOH staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests with attention to accuracy, presentation, and timing.
• Confirm that each order meets quality and ticket specifications before it leaves the pass.
• Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate timing and guest needs.
• Assist servers by retrieving condiments, utensils, beverages, or other needed items during service.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain seating flow.
• Help maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floor and service stations.
• Communicate guest concerns, dietary needs, or feedback to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with light prep or food running tasks as needed to support BOH and FOH efficiency.
• Maintain a professional, energetic, and team-oriented demeanor at all times.

Qualifications
