Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, FL is seeking Server Assistants/Food Runners for the upcoming season. This entry-level role supports the service team across six dining venues, ensuring smooth line service during lunch and dinner shifts.

We offer part-time and full-time hours, with must-have weekend and holiday availability. Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and eager to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our members.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and service skills.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Previous experience in upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club preferred.

Responsibilities

• Caries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen
• Wipes table tops and chairs with damp cloth
• Replaces soiled table linens, and sets tables with silverware and glassware
• Replenishes supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room
• Serves ice water, bread, and butter to patrons
• Cleans and polishes glass shelves and doors of service bars and equipment such as coffee urns, cream, and milk dispensers
• Makes coffee and fills fruit juice dispensers
• Sweeps and mops service carpets and floors when needed during business hours
• Other duties may be assigned by manager
