Job summary

Red Lobster in Charleston, WV is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to support the dining room and guest experience. You will welcome guests, manage waitlists and seating, and help deliver memorable service throughout each shift.

You will assist servers by stocking tables, refilling drinks, bussing and clearing, and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining environment. A team-first attitude and willingness to multi-task are essential.

Qualifications

Must be a team player with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and provide friendly guest service.

Responsibilities

Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression
Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first
