Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience or training as a Runner or Busser in a similar setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-shift briefing and note important service information.
• Collaborate with Chef, kitchen team, and servers to ensure timely food prep and delivery.
• Assist with table-side service, taking orders and explaining the menu.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparations.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and organized.
