FAR Out Hospitality is seeking a server assistant to join a chef-driven restaurant group in Texas. You will support stations, clear and reset tables, assist with service, and ensure cleanliness and efficiency across busy dining rooms.

Qualifications

• Two forms of valid IDs.
• Food handler's license is required.
• Proven experience in the restaurant industry is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of proper food handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Table Maintenance: Clearing and bussing tables, glassware, and silverware during and after a meal.
• Resetting Tables: Wiping down tables, replacing linens, and setting up tableware for the next guests.
• Food & Drink Service: Delivering prepared food to tables, pouring water, and restocking beverages.
• Station Stocking: Ensuring server stations are stocked with napkins, utensils, condiments, and clean menus
• Bussing & Resetting: Clear dirty tableware, transport items to the dishwashing area, and flip tables for arriving guests.
• Beverage Service: Greet guests, pour water, refill glasses, and help serve drinks.
• Food Running: Carry plates and deliver dishes safely to tables
• Cleanliness Standards: Monitor restrooms, clear debris outside, clean up broken dishes
• Side Work: Complete opening and closing routines, polish silverware, restock ice and service stations
