Job summary

The Lake Club at Lakewood Ranch is seeking Servers who excel in fast-paced hospitality settings and are committed to delivering outstanding service to our members and guests. Responsibilities include maintaining clean materials for servers, organizing plates and tickets, setting tables per Troon Golf standards, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• One-month related experience or training.
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, cleanliness and neatness.
• Regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assists servers and ensures all materials are clean and ready for daily operation.
• Knows seating positions and helps deliver food accurately.
• Sets the outside line with plates, flatware, napkins and other items for serving.
• Organizes plates and tickets to expedite service to tables.
• Keeps tables set per Troon Golf standards.
• Prepares menu items per ticket specifications with chef if needed.
• Maintains water service and clears non-used place settings.
• Clears and resets tables after guests depart.
• Keeps workstations stocked and clean; performs other duties as required.
