Hai Hospitality is seeking a Server Assistant for Uchiko Denver to join a dynamic team delivering Japanese-inspired hospitality. You will learn the menu, assist servers, and help maintain a smooth dining room operation.

The role offers $16.27 per hour plus tips and benefits, with opportunities to grow within a multi-concept restaurant group based in Austin and expanding across Texas and beyond.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
• Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Responsibilities

• Acquaint yourself with our menu and beverages to assist guests
• Learn about beer, wine, and sake through training
• Be on the floor, assisting with side work and service
• Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, stock supplies
• Assist servers with all aspects of service to enhance the guest experience
• Deliver food and explain each dish
• Receive, organize, and deliver curbside orders to guests waiting outside
