Job summary

Uchiko Denver, part of Hai Hospitality, is seeking a Server Assistant to join our team in Denver. You will learn our menu, assist with service, and help on the floor, including bussing and stocking. Training on beverages will enhance guest experiences as you deliver food and curbside orders with care.

Qualifications

• Must effectively communicate with guests and coworkers.
• Lift and carry trays up to 50 lbs and stock supplies.
• Must stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in varying temperatures.
• Maintain a neat, hygienic appearance and proper uniform.

Responsibilities

• Acquaint yourself with menu, specials, and Japanese cuisine.
• Participate in peer-led beverage training for beer, wine, and sake.
• Be on the floor, assisting with side work and service.
• Bus, reset tables, polish glassware, and stock supplies.
• Assist servers to enhance guest experience and deliver food.
• Receive, organize, and deliver curbside orders to guests.
