Parkway-Prime-Steakhouse- in Niagara Falls, NY is seeking a Server Assistant to support servers and ensure tables are cleared, cleaned and properly set for guests. You will prepare beverages, assist with payment processing, remove trash, and help with end-of-day cleanup. Availability for nights, weekends and holidays is required.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift as needed while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests, escorts to tables, provides menus.
• Clears dirty plates, utensils and glassware as required.
• Carries dirty tableware to kitchen area.
• Prepares tables for arriving guests and sets up tableware, napkins, condiments.
• Delivers food to tables when servers are busy.
• Responds to guest requests and informs management of any complaints.
• Arranges tables and chairs for larger groups.
• Maintains stock at server station with necessary restaurant supplies.
• Keeps dining and bar areas clean and tidy, including floors and menus.
