Anchor Bar Niagara Falls is hiring a Server Assistant to support servers and ensure dining spaces are clean and welcoming. You will clear and reset tables, refill beverages, and assist with processing payments when needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. You will help keep the dining area neat, stock supplies, and contribute to smooth service during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.
• Clear dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables.
• Carry dirty tableware to the kitchen area.
• Prepare tables for arriving guests by wiping spills and setting tableware.
• Deliver food to tables when Servers are busy.
• Respond to guests' requests and inform management of complaints.
• Arrange tables and chairs for larger groups.
• Stock servers stations with necessary restaurant supplies.
• Maintain dining and bar area cleanliness throughout service.
