Job Description

Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a motivated and passionate Dining Room Attendant (FT) | Trick Rider to join our team. The resort will feature 127,000 sq ft of event space, 13 food and beverage outlets, a spa, and a full entertainment district, including two championship golf courses and a short course, providing excellent options for dining, events, and entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Service all guests in the dining room to ensure the best experience, encouraging repeat visits.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality standards.
• Adhere to uniform standards.
• Properly set up the restaurant.
• Understand bussing standards thoroughly.
• Have a complete understanding of the menu.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and promptly.
• Learn to use table and seat numbers for food delivery.
• Be friendly and helpful; use surnames when possible.
• Follow food handling standards.
• Run food to all sections, communicating effectively with guests.
• Explain menu items to guests after training.
• Learn proper table service and communicate with FOH and kitchen teams.
• Gain basic knowledge of food preferences and allergies.
• Be a team player committed to excellence.
• Complete all duties before checking out.
• Keep station clean and well-presented.
• Set up and break down stations, perform side-work.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.

Qualifications

• Previous bussing experience at fine dining preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid TABC and Food Handlers certifications required.
