Job summary

TC Restaurant Group is seeking a Server Assistant to support servers in fast-paced nightlife venues in Nashville. The role focuses on delivering friendly, efficient service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout shifts.

The Server Assistant will help with beverage and food service, prepare tables, and collaborate with FOH/BOH teams to uphold quality standards while adapting to busy service periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and move up to 50 pounds.
• Schedule could exceed 30 hours per week with possible overtime.
• Work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist restaurant servers in tasks to maintain tables and guest experience.
• Provide friendly, efficient service of food and beverage per standards.
• Know the food and bar menus, and assist with host/ support staff procedures.
• Prepare tables with sanitation and proper setup.
• Ensure orders are accurate, properly presented, and served safely.
