Job description

Server Assistant

Front of House – Part Time, reporting to the General Manager. The role focuses on delivering exceptional dining experiences by supporting servers and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and answer guest questions.
• Process payments and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Refill water glasses, replenish beverages, and remove used dishes as needed.
• Deliver food to tables accurately and promptly, ensuring correct presentation.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, chairs, floors, service stations, and restrooms as assigned.
• Assist with the organization and restocking of service areas (cutlery, napkins, glassware, condiments, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least two (2) years of related customer service experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Requires long periods of standing and walking in the dining room, kitchen, and service areas. Employees will walk; handle food and beverage objects; reach and extend with hands and arms; talk and hear. Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and crawling. Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and focus.

Location and Travel

Position will be based in Nashville, TN; Brier Creek, NC; Pflugerville, TX; or Columbus, OH, with occasional travel to local stores.
