Responsibilities


WHAT YOU'LL DO

* A Server Assistant will ensure that all tables are clean and properly set while also assisting the Food Runner when necessary

* Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers. Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery

* Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times

* Learn to operate the Host Stand

* Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions

* Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned

* Process all payment methods

* Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance

* Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

* A Server Assistant will have an outgoing and social personality

* Excellent communication and listening skills

* A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude

* A willingness to learn and move into the server role

* Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure

* A team-player mindset

* Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time. Working long hours may also be required based on business needs.
