Responsibilities
  • Ensure all tables are clean and properly set, assist Food Runners when necessary
  • Maintain excellent communication with servers, assist with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality; exhibit professionalism and friendliness
  • Learn to operate the Host Stand
  • Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions accurately
  • Perform cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
  • Process all payment methods
  • Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance as an ambassador of our establishment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
