Mex1 Coastal Cantina is seeking experienced, hardworking staff to support servers and bartenders at three Charleston-area locations: West Ashley, Sullivan’s Island, and Mount Pleasant. As a Server Assistant/Buser/Food Runner, you will clear and reset tables, deliver food orders, remove used dishes, and help maintain a clean, efficient dining room.

We prioritise hospitality, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and wait staff.
• Strong communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables after guests depart.
• Assist in serving food and beverages as needed.
• Remove used dishes and utensils to keep dining area clean.
